Our Referral Fee can be paid in one of two ways:
OPTION #1 Pay-as-you-go Referral Fee:
(recommended for short-term situations, i.e. hospice):
$3.50/hour-up to $35/day for 24-hour care.
OPTION #2 One-time Referral Fee “Buyout”:
(recommended for permanent caregivers)
Needs to be selected within first 60 days of service: a referral fee is charged equivalent to one month’s caregivers’ salary, minimum $1500. |
