2025 Caregiver Application

Caregiver Connection is a caregiver registry  that brokers a approximately 150 independent, pre-screened and liability-insured caregivers. Our Portland, Oregon clients hire caregivers directly for a referral fee. In our model, called consumer-directed care, clients and caregivers determine all details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. Our independent caregivers provide all levels of personal care, from companionship to hospice.
