Caregiver Connection's 6-Part Screening Process
Many of our independent caregivers have certified nursing assistant (CNA) or other healthcare-related backgrounds, such as nursing, massage or acupuncture studies. They specialize in medical care giving, including hospice care. Caregivers must have basic care giving skills and experience, as well as interpersonal skills, in order to be placed on our registry. Additionally, caregivers are required to have their own cell phone, cars and e-mail, for quick response.
Caregiver Connection's independent caregivers are screened in a 6-part screening process:
Phone screening
1:1 interview with recruiter
Group interview and quiz
Orientation
Work references verified
Criminal background check, including driving history (every 3 years)
Ongoing client feedback
