We are a local, licensed Caregiver Registry that brokers approximately 150 caregivers who are screened and liability-insured. Clients hire caregivers directly for a referral fee. In our model, called consumer-directed care, clients and caregivers determine all the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. Our independent caregivers provide all levels of personal care, from companionship to hospice. We specialize in 24-hour care, long dayshifts (8-12 hours) and overnights for clients with both long-term conditions and those receiving comfort/end-of-life care. We also have limited caregivers available for short shifts and do our best to cover those as caregiver availability allows.
